§1 General Provisions

These Terms define the rules of short-term rental.

§2 Reservations

• Website
• Booking.com / Airbnb

Deposit:

• Refundable up to 30 days before arrival
• Non-refundable after

§3 Apartment Day

Check-in: 16:00–22:00
Check-out: until 10:00

§4 Check-in

Online check-in is mandatory before arrival.

§5 Stay Rules

• No parties
• Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00
• No subletting

§6 Pets

Pets are allowed. Owner is responsible for damages.

§7 Guest Obligations

• Maintain apartment condition
• Use equipment properly

Prohibited: smoking, open fire, hazardous materials.

§8 Liability

Guest is liable for damages. Owner is not responsible for lost items or parking damage.

§9 Parking

Free, private, unattended parking.

§10 Complaints

§11 Privacy

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

§12 Final Provisions

Croatian law applies.
