Booking and Payment Terms

2. Scope of Services

The service consists of short-term rental of apartments located in Povljana, Croatia. The reservation grants the right to stay in a selected apartment for a specified period.

3. Reservation and Conclusion of Contract

A reservation is made via the booking system (NFHotel). The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation and receipt of the payment link by email.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required within 3 days from reservation.
  • The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
  • Payments are made via Przelewy24 or other available payment methods.
  • Payment links are provided via email.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The remaining amount is refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days before arrival.
  • No refund is granted for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
  • Date change may be possible upon availability.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for accommodation services provided for a specific date or period.

8. Guest Data

The guest is required to provide personal data necessary for reservation and online check-in, including identity document number and vehicle registration number.

9. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted via email: kontakt@smile-apartments.eu.

The complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details.

The service provider will respond within 14 days.

10. Liability

The service provider is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).

11. Invoices

Invoices are issued upon request after providing necessary billing data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
